Real Estate Property Listing	$1 / 3mo $3 / 6mo $5 / 1yr	Required	A comprehensive description of a real estate property will be placed in one of the "Real Estate Listings" category. Up to 6 pictures can be added to the listing. First 7 days are free. An additional month is free with a reciprocal link to us. The extension fees are $1.00 for three months, $3.00 for six months, or $5.00 for 1 year. All fees are non-refundable. You can modify or cancel your Real Estate Listings at any time.
Targeted Banner Ad	$5 / 3mo	Not required	A banner along with a short description and a link to your web site will be displayed in the top-right corner of one of the so called "ZIP-pages". The ZIP-pages are presented when visitors search or directly select particular ZIP code. To submit a banner ad, please follow the "Instant Ads" -> "Banner Ad" links. The duration of the Banner Ads is 3 months. During this period you can modify your ad unlimitedly. Instant payment of $5.00 is required. The fee is non-refundable.
Targeted Text-Only Ad	$1 / 3mo	Not required	A short, text-only posting can be placed in any available category. These ads are tied to ZIP codes. To submit a Text-Only ad, you need to navigate (search or select) to a ZIP code of your choice, click on a category, and then follow the "Post a new Text-Only Ad" link. Once submitted, these ads cannot be deleted or modified. An instant payment of one-time non-refundable activation fee of $1.00 is required.
Real Estate Business Ad	$1 / 3mo $3 / 6mo $5 / 1yr	Required	Advertise your business in the "Real Estate Agents" (or any other Real Estate Services) category for a city of your choice. Real Estate Market Conditions Report	free / 1mo	Required	As a real estate professional, you might be interested in reporting market conditions for your local area. To submit a Market Conditions report for particular ZIP code, please fill out and submit the "Market Conditions" form available under the "Member Services" -> "Create a New Listing" -> "Market Conditions". You may submit separate reports for different ZIP codes. The retention period for these reports - 1 month. This service is provided free of charge.
"City News"	free / 7days	Not required	You can post short, text-only messages in the "City News" forums available on every city page under the "This City" -> "City News". The retention period of such messages is 7 days. No registration is required. This service is free.
